Philanthropy
We are dedicated to making an impact in our communities through office volunteer events, individual fundraisers, and donations. Our people inspire and uplift each other when they volunteer together and independently.

myGiving
The myGiving initiative supports philanthropic efforts through matching gifts and volunteering. The matching gift program is designed to help increase the impact of your charitable contributions to most 501(c)(3) organizations and public schools. Our volunteer program allows our people to donate their time to give back to their community, both through in-office opportunities or by using paid volunteer time off.
Matching Gift: When our people donate money to qualifying non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations, Andersen will match donations dollar-for-dollar, up to $250 per employee per year.
Volunteer Time Off: Andersen provides 8 hours of paid time per quarter, or 32 hours annually, to participate as a volunteer

Impact Month
Every June, all our people across the U.S. are invited to volunteer at a local charity to effect positive change in their communities.

Giving Tuesday
We join the global giving movement each year and match donations to magnify our joint impact.

Andersen Foundation
The Andersen Foundation is a tax-exempt IRC Section 501(c)(3) public charity. The Foundation has several tax-exempt missions:
- Relief to employees and their families undergoing emergency hardships
- Relief and care to employees and communities impacted by natural disasters
- Post-secondary academic scholarships to qualified applicants of our scholarship programs
- Support to qualified charitable organizations in communities where Andersen offices are located

DEI Advisory Board
Andersen’s DEI Advisory Board listens to ideas and feedback from our people to address inquiries and facilitate and promote firm DEI initiatives.
