<p>Andersen Global continues its expansion in the Nordic market through Collaboration Agreements with Denmark-based law firm Bachmann/Partners, and Finland-based law firm I&O Partners. Building on the capabilities of existing collaborating firms Hellström Law and Unum in Sweden, and Braekhus in Norway, these additions bolster the organization's comprehensive and integrated tax and legal coverage to the region.</p>
<p>Andersen Global advances its African coverage through a Collaboration Agreement with Ghana-basedtax firm LIMA Partners.</p>

<p>On Thursday, June 23, Andersen will host the 2022Family Office Roundtable led by a team of Andersen speakers including Managing Directors Mary Duffy, Carl Fiore, Paige Goepfert, Nicholas Lagoni, Deborah McGee and Director Jacob Seitz. The roundtable will also feature severalexternal speakers from various well noted organizations in the family office space.</p>
<p>Andersen Global continues to solidify its international presence as Andersen in Georgia (formerly Prime Tax LLC) debuts in the Central Asia region. Andersen Global also welcomes member firm MG Law, a Tbilisi-based law firm and collaborating firm since 2020. Together the two member firms will provide a full suite of integrated tax and legal services to clients in Georgia and abroad.</p>
<p>Andersen Global further solidifies its platform in Northern Europe as Taxture, a collaborating firm since 2019, becomes a member of the global organization.</p>
<p>Andersen Global announces a Collaboration Agreement with Seeds <em>of</em> Law, a full-service law firm in Belgium, adding legal capabilities to its platform in the country.</p>
<p>Andersen Global expands itsexisting legal and tax capabilities in Slovenia through the establishment of Andersen Advisory, Ltd., which provides tax, accounting, valuation and other business advisory services. Andersen in Slovenia is an affiliate of Law Firm Senica & Partners Ltd., a member firm of Andersen Global since 2021.</p>
