With over 20 years of experience in tax compliance and consulting services for domestic and multinational business entities, John has been a core member of Andersen since 2003.

John specializes in entity tax matters working with privately and closely held business organizations and led Metro NY's commercial tax practice since 2019. His robust market knowledge and insightful perspective allow him to provide comprehensive tax support across various practice areas, including tax compliance, planning, M&A, business and investment restructuring, international tax matters, state and local tax, and incentive compensation to clients such as owner-operated businesses, family offices, private equity and credit funds, and venture capital groups.
