Jay Yin

Jay Yin is a director in the New York office and a member of the Alternate Investment Fund Services practice. He has over nine years of experience with extensive knowledge of partnership taxation and alternative investments.

Jay focuses on providing tax compliance and consulting services to private equity funds, hedge funds, asset management companies, and family offices. He brings deep tax expertise and a sophisticated understanding of his clients’ tax and business needs. Jay has worked with some of the world’s largest institutional and non-institutional private equity and hedge funds, as well as domestic and foreign partnerships and corporations, advising on a wide range of investment strategies, including buyouts, real estate, and fund of funds.
