During her career, she has prepared tax analyses for public and privately held companies in the technology, retail, life sciences, biotechnology, real estate, hospitality, farm, pharmaceutical industries, and others. She has experience advising and analyzing tax structure, income tax provision, international taxation, and federal and state corporate and partnership tax compliance for public and private companies.
