Torrey Kwok

Torrey Kwok has over 18 years of experience in professional tax and accounting. His practice area focuses on tax compliance, accounting for income taxes (ASC 740), and consulting for publicly traded companies and privately held companies in technology (software), biotechnology, food and beverage, and others. Torrey works primarily on multi-state corporate entities with federal, state, and international income tax obligations.

Before joining Andersen, Torrey practiced with KPMG in Seattle for three years in their Federal Tax group. He has also practiced as a manager in the tax group for one of the largest local CPA firms in the Seattle area.

Torrey's experience includes:

• Preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns for single entity and consolidated corporations, partnerships, and S corporations
• Accounting for Income Taxes (ASC 740), including preparation and review of tax provisions, accounting for mergers and acquisitions, analysis of uncertain tax positions, footnote disclosures of tax matters, and tax accounting for equity-based compensation
• Deferred tax asset studies and analysis (ASC 740)
• Preparing and reviewing foreign information return filings
