Jonathan Storms is a Managing Director in the Commercial practice. He has over 17 years of tax experience primarily focused on oil and gas and alternative energy. Jonathan serves clients on a wide range of tax matters including income tax compliance and consulting, corporate and partnership taxation, accounting for income taxes under ASC 740, tax due diligence, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Andersen, Jonathan was the Head of Tax at Riviera Resources, LLC, Tax Director at Linn Energy, LLC, and a Manager with PwC in their Houston office.
