Roxanna Sam

Roxanna Sam has over 20 years of experience in corporate income tax financial reporting and compliance. She is a director within the Commercial practice in Boston and focuses on ASC 740 financial reporting as well as federal, state and international income tax compliance for public and privately-held companies, ranging in size from start-ups to multinational companies. Her clients include but are not limited to life sciences technology, software development, microelectronics supplier and workforce consulting companies.

Prior to joining Andersen, Roxanna worked in the tax groups of two Fortune 500 companies as well as EY, Liberty Mutual Insurance Group and BJ's Wholesale Club, and a local tax firm in the Boston area. Roxanna has experience in the following areas:

• Stand-alone or consolidated federal and state corporate income tax returns
• Foreign Information Returns, such as Forms 5471 and 5472
• U.S. tax reporting for passive foreign investment companies (PFICs)
• ASC 740 income tax provisions and related financial statements disclosure
