Marcin Preus is a director in Andersen's Global Mobility practice. He provides strategic planning, consulting, and compliance services to clients. Marcin has over 15 years of experience in global tax matters.
Marcin's experience includes a focus on companies and their employees, partnering with them as they face challenging issues in the global business landscape. His expertise spans cross-border taxation, global mobility programs, international assignments/relocations, global payroll compliance, compensation & benefits structuring, and global equity.
Marcin's practice area also includes startup companies expanding globally as well as high-net-worth individuals and their families. He has extensive experience serving clients moving overseas and additional expertise in helping U.S. taxpayers residing overseas with reporting of undisclosed income and/or foreign financial assets from offshore accounts.
Prior to joining Andersen, Marcin worked at PwC for 14 years. Most recently, he was a director at Vialto Partners, where he was responsible for supporting clients with a range of global mobility tax and consulting services.
