Sandeep Phadke

Sandeep Phadke is a director in the Global Mobility practice at Andersen, with over 15 years of experience as a Product Management Leader. He specializes in AI/ML, SaaS, Cloud, and Customer Experience (CX). Known for his entrepreneurial drive, Sandeep co-founded two startups, one acquired by Cisco and the other by Ensim Corp. He is also a co-author of Kernel Book: Undocumented Windows NT, which has received recognition on Amazon.

Sandeep's expertise lies in leading AI/ML initiatives and developing strategic product roadmaps. At Pure Storage, he integrated AI features that significantly enhanced revenue and customer engagement. His work on generative AI and technical leadership, including keynote speeches and patents, highlights his role in advancing technology and innovation.

Before joining Andersen, Sandeep was Director of Product Management for AI/ML at Pure Storage, where he led impactful projects in AI. He also established a global data science practice at Xoriant Corp and managed key product innovations at Cisco, including the acquisition of Cybermedia Software and improvements in service delivery.
