Michelle Pellicone

Michelle Pellicone is a director in the Commercial practice at Andersen. She has more than 11 years of public accounting experience, providing federal income tax consulting and compliance services to a broad range of privately held and publicly traded companies, from startup and venture capital to Fortune 50. She has served clients from a variety of industries, including technology, entertainment and media, retail, healthcare, industrial products, and manufacturing.

Michelle primarily focuses on tax accounting and financial reporting, assisting clients with complex ASC 740 issues and disclosures. As a certified implementer of ONESOURCE Tax Provision, Michelle has extensive experience with tax technology solutions and tax process optimization and has helped her clients set up internal tax functions on multiple occasions. She also has experience assisting companies with their global compliance needs, tax planning, and due diligence.

Prior to joining Andersen, Michelle worked in PwC's Tax Reporting & Strategy and Industry Tax Practices, serving some of the largest multinational companies in the Greater Texas market.
