Theodore V. Peck

Theodore V. Peck, a director in Andersen's Long Island office, has over 20 years of tax experience working in public accounting and industry providing tax services, including ASC 740 tax accounting, tax provision automation, Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404 documentation, and a wide variety of federal, and multi-state strategic tax consulting and compliance. He focuses on accounting for income taxes under ASC 740 and advising multinational publicly traded companies on complex federal and state corporate income tax matters.

Prior to Andersen, Theodore was a director in a national tax consulting firm. Before that, he served as tax manager for a publicly traded company and worked for PwC where he was responsible for tax compliance and consulting services for middle market companies.
