Alex Nebesar

Alex Nebesar is a director in Andersen’s Valuation practice. He has over 15 years of experience providing valuation and consulting services to individuals and to public and privately held companies, both domestic and international. His background spans a broad range of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, biotechnology, engineering, financial services, real estate, and wholesale distribution.

Alex advises on the valuation of business interests and financial instruments in connection with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and financial reporting. He has valued common and preferred equity, stock options, warrants, intellectual property, and debt instruments for purposes such as Section 409A compliance, ASC 718, and purchase price allocations under ASC 805. His work also includes impairment analyses and litigation support.

Prior to joining Andersen, Alex was a manager at Strategic Value Group and previously provided independent valuation consulting services along the West Coast. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Huron Consulting Group and JPMorgan.
