Rob Mullin is a director in Andersen’s Valuation practice. He provides valuation services related to closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives. His work supports a range of needs, including mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and compliance, financial reporting, litigation support, and strategic planning.
His work includes Section 409A valuations, ASC 718 equity compensation analysis, purchase price allocations under ASC 805, and impairment testing under ASC 350 and 360. He also provides valuation support for estate and gift tax planning, corporate reorganizations, and carried and capital interest analysis for private equity and hedge fund structures. In addition, he assists clients by reviewing third-party valuation reports in dispute contexts.
