Grant Miller is a director within the Private Client Services practice, where he works closely with high-net-worth individuals and families with complex cross-border tax issues. Grant brings over 12 years of international tax advisory experience to the firm, serving U.S. and non-U.S. corporate executives, entrepreneurs and business owners, and investors.
Grant provides clients with income, gift, and estate tax planning and compliance services, pre-immigration planning, foreign trust and pension planning, expatriation and exit tax planning, tax treaty analysis, and planning and reporting for foreign investments. He has assisted many clients in coming into compliance with their U.S. tax and information reporting obligations related to foreign assets through the Offshore Voluntary Disclosure Program, Streamlined Procedures, and other IRS initiatives.
Before joining Andersen, Grant worked at a boutique firm that specialized in international organization taxation.
In Andersen's Metro DC office, he chairs the training committee and is involved in mentoring and recruiting.
