Mark Klitgaard is a director in Andersen's Commercial practice in the Silicon Valley office. Mark has over 28 years of experience, with the last 22 years focused on working with clients on international tax and transfer pricing matters, including planning, reporting and controversy.
Mark advises companies of all sizes, from start-ups and pre-IPO companies to large, public corporations. Mark also has expertise in advising companies in a variety of industries with emphasis on the technology and life sciences industries.
Mark works with his clients to address areas such as international tax and transfer pricing requirements, considerations and opportunities arising from expansion, transformative initiatives, digital investments, movement into the areas of industry convergence and sustainability, restructurings and changes in tax law.
Prior to joining Andersen, Mark worked at EY and Deloitte, where he was a member of both regional and national office practices.
