Andrew Kaminski is a director in Andersen’s Private Client Services practice. He provides wealth planning and consulting services to individuals and privately held businesses. With over 12 years of experience, Andrew works closely with business owners in sectors including government contracting, software-as-a-service, legal services, investment advisory, and real estate—particularly those operating in privately held or private equity-backed structures.
He advises clients on tax planning strategies related to full and partial business sales, including transactions involving rollover equity. His work includes consulting on estate and gift tax planning for generational wealth transfers, business succession planning, and the evaluation of Qualified Small Business Stock under Section 1202.
Before joining Andersen, Andrew was a manager at PwC in Washington, DC, where he focused on private company services.
