John W. Maragoudakis has over 18 years of experience in delivering tax compliance and consulting services to clients including domestic and foreign business entities. As a member of Andersen's Commercial Tax Practice group, John specializes in entity tax matters, with a focus on privately and closely held business entities.
He assists clients in a variety of practice areas including domestic and international tax matters for owner-operated businesses, mergers, acquisitions, and other transaction-related tax matters, structuring for venture-backed and privately/closely held portfolio companies and funds, state & local tax issues, as well as routine tax planning and compliance services.
Over the years, John has served clients across a broad range of industries, such as software, technology, retail, art galleries, venture and private equity, international shipping, manufacturing, financial and professional services, entertainment, family offices, and software development. John has been with Andersen since 2003.
