Sean Henrici is a director in Andersen’s Alternative Investment Funds and Valuation practices. He began his career at Andersen in July 2016.
In the Alternative Investment Funds practice, Sean has over eight years of experience providing tax consulting services to private equity funds, real estate groups, operating businesses, and high-net-worth family office clients. His work includes buy- and sell-side due diligence, fund structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and profits interest modeling. He serves clients across a range of industries, including distressed and opportunistic funds, manufacturers, real estate developers, and hedge funds.
In the Valuation practice, Sean has over six years of experience delivering valuation services to corporate enterprises, high-net-worth individuals, and private equity funds. He participates in engagements related to financial reporting, tax planning and compliance, strategic planning, and restructuring. His valuation experience includes business enterprises, investment holding companies, and derivatives.
