Meera Harpanhalli is a director in Andersen’s Alternative Investment Funds practice. She provides partnership tax compliance and consulting services to U.S. and foreign private equity funds and fund of funds. She has more than 15 years of experience in partnership taxation.
Meera also works across investor services, accounting, and tax areas, with a focus on waterfall calculations and foreign reporting.
Before joining Andersen, Meera was an associate director at SS&C Technologies in the private equity tax group. She previously served as a senior manager in the U.S. partnership tax groups at PwC and Deloitte, with roles in both the New York and London offices.
