Doug Guinasso is a director in Andersen's Valuation practice. Doug has provided consulting and valuation services to individuals and domestic and foreign businesses for over seven years. He has experience with the valuation of closely held businesses, business interests, intangible assets, intellectual property, debt instruments, and derivatives (including stock options and option-embedded securities). These engagements were conducted for a variety of purposes, including mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, litigation support, strategic planning, fresh-start accounting, and tax planning and reporting.
