Deborah Cygan

Deborah Cygan is a director in the Private Accounting Solutions practice in the Chicago office. Deborah has over 35 years of experience working with high-wealth individuals and their businesses.

Deborah's focus is on day-to-day family and business controllership and accounting functions, banking & lending activities, tax planning for businesses & their owner's personal income, estate & gift taxes, tax compliance, and estate administration.

Prior to joining Andersen, Deborah was a client services manager at Financial Controllers, Inc., a multi-client family office. She started her professional career as an auditor at Spicer & Oppenheim before switching full-time to tax at Coopers & Lybrand. She later joined a Chicago-based private family office where she served as Director of Tax & Accounting.
