Bryan Colquitt is a director at Andersen in the Houston office. He has over 40 years of experience in taxation of privately-held businesses and high-net-worth clients in various industries including manufacturing, construction, real estate, energy, law and medical practices.

Bryan has expertise in the following areas:

• Tax planning and compliance for federal and state requirements for individuals and entities, including pass-through entities (partnerships and S Corporations), trusts, estates, and other corporations
• Choice of entity for formation of companies
• Complex planning arrangements, working closely with in-house financial and accounting staff
• Client representation before the Internal Revenue Service

Prior to joining Andersen, Bryan was a managing shareholder in the tax practice at Ferguson Camp Poll, P.C.
