Miriam Chang is a director in Andersen's Global Mobility practice in the Los Angeles office. She provides strategy, consulting, and individual tax services to clients with international business and investments. Miriam has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on global tax matters.

During her career, she has worked with Fortune 500 companies and global executives to design and implement global staffing programs in close alignment with corporate tax, finance, legal, consulting, human resources, and IT. In addition to this experience, Miriam has also supported high-net-worth individuals and private clients with global tax advisory and additional services. She has worked with clients in the technology, consumer products, media, and entertainment industries.

Her expertise spans international tax, global equity, immigration support, expatriation planning, employment tax and advisory, corporate policy, benefits and compensation structuring, international assignments, strategic workforce planning, corporate global mobility tax programs, and regulatory compliance.

Before joining Andersen, Miriam was a Private Client Service U.S. Tax director for a West LA firm, where she led the US tax practice serving international individual business owners. Prior to that, she worked at EY & PwC with an emphasis on supporting executives and business partners in creating globally compliant programs, processes, communications, and policies with respect to human resources, tax, and immigration concepts in accordance with the company'ss international governance model.
