Justice Chamlee has over nine years of experience providing valuation and transaction advisory services. Justice serves clients for a variety of mandates including financial reporting, tax planning, litigation support, and strategic planning purposes. Justice's experience includes financial reporting engagements pursuant to the Financial Accounting Standards Board's Accounting Standards Codification Topics 350 (Goodwill Impairment), 805 (Purchase Price Allocations) and 718 (Stock Options). In addition, Justice has vast experience providing valuation services for tax planning engagements including fair market value analysis for gift and estate planning purposes, common stock and stock option valuations pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 409A, the valuation of equity capital and total assets in connection with Internal Revenue Code Section 382 requirements, as well as ESOP valuations, portfolio valuation services, S Corp conversions, buy/sell agreements, and valuation services utilized in equitable distributions/shareholder disputes. His client base includes small closely held businesses, Fortune 500 companies, high-net-worth individuals, and private equity firms throughout a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Andersen, Justice was a Vice-President at Gemini Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm located in Los Angeles.
