Nancy Cadwell

Nancy Cadwell is the Human Resources Director for the NY Metro area, which includes the New York, Greenwich (CT) and Madison (NJ) offices. Her responsibilities include involvement in all Human Resource functions including employee relations, HR compliance and employment practices.

Nancy spent 13 years delivering tax services to clients that are alternative investment partnerships with multi-state taxation reporting and closely-held business enterprises. She advised non-U.S. persons and non-U.S. business enterprises with U.S. investments, on the U.S. taxation of cross-border transactions. Nancy's clients control and operate U.S. businesses in nonresidential real estate, hotels, and financial services (hedge funds and private equity).

Before joining Andersen in 2003, Nancy had experience at Arthur Andersen and Deloitte where she worked in the real estate and financial services practice groups.
