Kristen Bolin is a director in the Alternative Investment Funds practice. She has over eight years of professional tax and public accounting experience with Andersen. After interning with the Andersen, Kristen continued her career starting as an associate in 2014. Within her role, Kristen focuses on tax compliance and consulting for fund of funds, private equity funds, hedge funds, and family offices. She has worked on tax planning for family office structures including profits interest modeling. She also provides tax planning solutions to clients within the fund structure and high-net-worth individuals. Kristen has performed fund accounting services including both monthly and quarterly net asset value reporting, financial reporting, and distribution calculations.
In addition to her practice work, Kristen is involved with local office recruiting, firmwide and local training, the scheduling committee, and the employee advisory council. She also leads the Investment Partnership Efficiency team helping to develop AIF initiatives and practices, and create internal training programs.
